The University of Applied Sciences Utrecht offers a pre-Bachelor's programme for highly-educated refugee students with a background in IT. The programme has been extended from six months to one year and other areas of expertise have been included, such as the Built Environment and teacher training programmes for secondary education. Language lessons, courses to improve skills needed for studying and more in-depth subject matter will also be included in the improved programme.
