During one academic year, students work on their language level and orientate themselves on further education and the Dutch labor market. In addition, they will work on the development of higher professional education skills such as collaborating on assignments, presenting, project-based work and research. Attention is also paid to English, mathematics and other (profile) subjects. After successfully completing the pre-bachelor, students are prepared to start a regular HBO bachelor's program.
